How can we be Champions of Peace Blog Post

For the last four weeks of Term 3 we were learning about ‘How we can be Champions of Peace’.

Firstly we learnt about the different symbols of peace. Some of these are
A dove with an olive tree, a circle looking thing with a triangle thing in the middle.
These symbols represent peace because unity and harmony.

With these symbols in mind I created a Peace Artwork. My Peace Artwork represents peace because people will think that I’m friendly when I show them my symbol.

We also researched some real life champions of peace and wrote a short biography. I wrote about Andrew Fitzgerald. I thought this person was a champion of peace because he is always putting in effort for his soccer team and he deserves to be recognized.

We also created a peace prayer book. I have attached my peace prayer book here.

I enjoyed learning about peace because it’s something the world needs.

I learnt that peace is something I shouldn’t take for granted and try to make peace with everybody.

One way I plan on being a champion of peace is by showing kindness to everybody I meet.

This week I created a tile that is supposed to be symmetrical (it is exact on both sides). I wanted to make the tile look goofy as that would just make you laugh hopefully. It is supposed to look like a person so you can relate to your tile in a stupid way

As the play kicks into gears we were told that we had make a poster about the play and all its glory, this poster shows all the great parts of the play and hopefully inspires you to go to the play. This poster tells you all about the play from the time it is at to who is in it.

Today I deiced to make a few graphs of the probability of each the chances of getting heads or tails, I did 50 flips 1 flip and the probability of getting each number if you roll a dice 25 times. This create is very similar to a create I did last year I had also posted that on my blog
